Tomorrow I will be preaching at Indianapolis Cornerstone. Pastor Randy and Nellie Perry are having an outstanding ministry at Cornerstone. They are reaching their community in creative and powerful ways. I hear there is going to be a potluck. There is nothing like an Indiana Nazarene potluck. It just does not get any better than worship and fellowship with the family. Cornerstone folks always sit up front and usually pack the building out. Mrs. Blake and I are looking forward to being with our “Cornerstone” family.
Tomorrow evening I will be meeting with the board at our Clermont Church. We are prayerfully seeking God’s will in the calling of a new pastor. Please pray for our leadership at Clermont as we ask God to direct us to the next pastor/leader for the church.
Week in and week out, I have the high privilege to meet and mix with some really wonderful people. I love being Superintendent and I love the Indianapolis District Family! We will be at two of our churches tomorrow, but we will remember all of you in our prayers. My desire is to see a heaven-sent revival and the drawing of people into the family of God. I want to see people come to Christ and I long to see believers sanctified. Can you catch the vision of what God wants to do through us? I pray that God will start a new stirring and moving in our midst, and I am asking Him to start with me!
